The MCCT Mercury Customer Service Representative, CSR, Software
Module allows management of customer databases, PIN generation for
Prepaid calling and POP Up screens for call center applications.
The CSR module allows agents to update, maintain, create, and browse
customer records with a simple click of the mouse.
The agent interface is a Windows 98/2000 based
application coupled with the power of a Unix database and the connectivity
of TCP/IP. Agent login, tracking, individual agent password protection
and much more makes it a valuable tool for any call center.
