MCCT TITAN Conferencing
MCCT, Inc.'s Titan Conferencing is very affordable & cost-effective, and user friendly with up to 32 persons in any of 100 conferencing rooms, and provides confidentiality with a non-restrictive interface. The MCCT, Inc. Conference Bridge, overcomes the density barriers and cumbersome interfaces of PBX-based conferencing.

MCCT, Inc. also overcomes the price barriers of high-density proprietary conferencing systems, often sold for in excess of $150,000. MCCT, Inc. uses the Dialogic DCB conferencing board which is a high-density, DSP based conferencing bridge and supports active talker (distinguishes who is talking at a given time), tone detection (avoids the purchase of expensive voice boards solely for tone detection), tone clamping (reduces annoying tone sounds during a call) and many other exciting features.

The MCCT Matrixx Conferencing module allows for up to 32 participants in a conference, up to one hundred configurable conferences, and an enhanced coach/pupil feature. The Matrixx can be run unattended or monitored and controlled by a windows 98/2000 interface. The Operator interface allows for mute, disconnect, operator help, and much more. The Matrixx visual indicators allow the operator to identify current conferees who are speaking, what actions have been taken on each line and the status of each conference at a glance. The easy point and click interface is further enhanced by color coded status and graphical icon displays. The Matrixx is based on a Windows operator interface with connectivity to the SCO Unix system via TC/IP CRC sockets. The Matrixx conferencing module is great for long distance learning, business teleconferencing, and live radio feeds.

Unified Messaging is the latest interactive communication mechanism for retrieving all of your input (e-mail, fax, pages, voice mail, etc.) from one central node. With text-to-speech, faxes and e-mails can be converted to voice so that with a touch-tone telephone, you may obtain not just voice mail, but faxes and e-mails; no PC required. This serves as a major added value when you are driving, traveling or simply do not have access to a modem connection for your laptop. One simple call on your cell phone gives you all the access you need to your important messages via voice input.

MCCT conferencing systems provide application developers an optimal feature set for chat line applications. The on-board Active Talker feature, which determines which conferees are talking at any given time, significantly reduces time to market for applications requiring active talker information. Time to market is further reduced with applications already written for the MSI/SC™ station/conferencing boards since the API commands are easily converted. Most importantly, since tone capability and conferencing are handled in a single slot, MCCT conferencing systems offer a very affordable solution. They deliver full-duplex conferencing, tone-out support, and high-quality audio on an open PC-based platform at a low price.

The MCCT Conferencing Application has an easy to use Windows interface screen and provides the administrator with a wealth of information and tools to manage any conference successfully.

MCCT, Inc. Text-to-Speech (TTS) Module allows Text Documents to be read by the module and heard by the caller. What are the advantages of TTS? The most obvious usage would be for the blind so that they could have text files read to them by the system; but this is not necessarily the intended market for TTS. The primary implementation for Text-to-Speech includes e-mail and Unified Messaging. The complete Call Center will allow its users to access e-mail via phone lines and listen to the message content rather than the need to send out the text of the message for reading - a big time-saver.

MCCT gives you access to the lucrative business conferencing market, which continues to expand as it moves from proprietary-based systems to open system-based components and is now expanding to the Internet. Many more technologies are available with open system integration than with proprietary systems.
